The Election Commission for the year 2026–28 has announced the upcoming elections for the office bearers of the Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry (HCSTSI).

According to the announcement issued by Furqan Ahmed Lodhi, Secretary General and Returning Officer, the candidates submitted their nomination papers by the prescribed date of 24 September 2026.

The candidates for the post of President are Nadeem Ahmed Siddiqui, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farooq Nami, and Muhammad Kashif Sheikh.

For the post of Senior Vice President, the candidates are Muhammad Fahad Mian, Sikandar Ali Rajput, Muhammad Kashif Sheikh, Muhammad Arif Memon, and Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farooq Nami.

The candidates for the post of Vice President are Irfan Arbiani, Muhammad Aslam Memon, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farooq Nami, and Kashif Sheikh.

On 26 September 2026, the Election Commission scrutinized the nomination papers and found them to be in order.

During the withdrawal process, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farooq Nami, Muhammad Kashif Sheikh, and Muhammad Arif Memon withdrew their candidature for the post of Senior Vice President.

Similarly, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farooq Nami and Muhammad Fahad Mian withdrew their candidature for the post of Vice President.

The election will be contested among Nadeem Ahmed Siddiqui, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farooq Nami, and Muhammad Kashif Sheikh for the post of President; Muhammad Fahad Mian and Sikandar Ali Rajput for the post of Senior Vice President; and Irfan Arbiani and Muhammad Aslam Memon for the post of Vice President.
