As part of the UK market-entry process, Zuma Resources has engaged formally with the Office of Communications (Ofcom), the UK’s communications regulator. The company is aligning its operations, customer framework, and digital platforms with the applicable UK regulatory and consumer-compliance requirements.

Zuma Resources Limited, now engaged in investing, partnering, and collaborating with other companies in the technology, AI-enabled services, health tech, EV tech, e-commerce, and other affiliated businesses, aims to progressively introduce and market its SIM and related digital connectivity services in the UK market, subject to regulatory, commercial, and technical requirements.

The establishment of Zuma Global Ltd represents another step in Zuma Resources Limited’s strategy to build an international digital connectivity and technology business, with the United Kingdom expected to serve as an important market and operating base for the group’s international expansion.

The company’s move into the UK market is part of its broader strategy to diversify its business portfolio and tap into the growing demand for digital connectivity services in international markets. With the UK’s robust tech ecosystem and regulatory environment, Zuma Resources is well-positioned to leverage this opportunity.
