IPAK Group has announced a significant increase in its financial performance for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, with a 645% rise in profit after tax to Rs. 4.95 billion, compared to Rs. 664 million in the previous year.

The earnings per share (EPS) increased substantially to Rs. 6.73 from Rs. 1.64, reflecting the company's improved financial health.

Consolidated sales for the fiscal year 2026 reached Rs. 42.17 billion, marking a 23% growth from the previous year, while exports surged by approximately 30% to Rs. 10.4 billion, equivalent to around $37 million.

The gross profit saw a notable increase of 88% to Rs. 9.39 billion, with the gross margin improving to 22.3% from 14.5%.

Operating profit for the fiscal year increased to Rs. 8.14 billion, with the operating margin rising to 19.3% from 11.1%.

In a move to reward shareholders, the Board of Directors has recommended a cash dividend of Rs. 2 per share for FY2026, up from Rs. 0.60 per share in the previous year.

On a standalone basis, IPAK’s gross profit increased to Rs. 3.08 billion, and profit after tax rose by approximately 55% to Rs. 1.32 billion, with EPS increasing to Rs. 1.79 from Rs. 1.16.

The company attributed the standalone improvement to greater capacity allocation toward higher-margin domestic business and an improved product mix.

Despite the positive financial results, management warned that the near-term business environment remains challenging due to geopolitical uncertainty and potential disruptions to global trade and supply chains.
